‍ Welcome to HANG-IT GALLERY TOOL (the "Tool"), provided by 37 ("we," "us," or "our") at 37source.com. By using the Tool, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Tool.

1. What This Tool Does

‍ The Tool allows you to import your own photos or artwork and generate a stylized "museum showcase" version of the image, client-side, directly in your web browser. All image processing happens locally on your device. We do not upload, receive, store, view, or have any access to the images you use with the Tool. Nothing you create is transmitted to our servers, published on our site, or shared with any other user.

‍ 2. Your Content and Responsibility

‍ ‍You retain full ownership of any image or artwork you use with the Tool. You are solely responsible for:

• Ensuring you own or have the legal right to use any image or artwork you process with the Tool.

• Ensuring your content complies with all applicable laws, including copyright, privacy, and any laws governing depicted subject matter.

• Any use, display, sale, or distribution of the resulting image after you save or export it.

‍ ‍Because we never receive or store your images, we have no ability to review, moderate, remove, or report content processed through the Tool. Use of the Tool for any unlawful purpose, or to process content you do not have the rights to, is strictly prohibited and is done at your own risk and liability.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Tool to process or showcase content that:

• Is illegal under the laws of your jurisdiction or the laws applicable to any person depicted in the content.

• Depicts, sexualizes, or exploits minors in any way. This is prohibited without exception.

• Depicts non-consensual sexual content, or sexually explicit content involving real, identifiable, and/or imaginary individuals without their consent. This includes any sexually explicit AI content.

• Infringes the intellectual property, publicity, or privacy rights of any third party, including using copyrighted artwork or photographs you do not have permission to use.

• Depicts, promotes, or incites violence, terrorism, or harm against any individual or group.

• Constitutes harassment, defamation, or a credible threat against any specific person.

• Is intended to deceive, such as content falsely implying the endorsement, sponsorship, or authorship of a real museum, institution, brand, or person.

You further agree not to:

• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the Tool's source code beyond what your browser does automatically to run it.

• Use automated means (bots, scripts, scrapers) to interact with the Tool in a way that could disrupt or overload it.

• Circumvent or attempt to circumvent any technical measure used to operate or protect the Tool.

Because the Tool operates entirely client-side, we have no technical ability to detect, monitor, or prevent violations of this section as they occur. This clause defines what is and is not permitted; it does not represent a claim that we monitor or enforce it in real time. Violating this section means you are using the Tool outside the scope of any permission granted to you, and you bear full legal responsibility for that use.

‍ ‍The Tool's underlying code is Copyright © 2026 37. All rights reserved. Use of the Tool through this website is permitted for personal, educational, and artist showcase purposes only, subject to the following:

• You may not copy, modify, decompile, or create derivative works from the Tool's code.

• You may not sell, sublicense, rebrand, or redistribute the Tool, in whole or in part, as a standalone product.

• Any public, acceptable use of the tool should reference https://37source.com.

• Art or images you create using the Tool belong entirely to you. You may freely use, display, or sell that output without restriction or attribution to us.

5. No Warranty

‍ ‍The Tool is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee the Tool will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with every browser or device.

6. Limitation of Liability

‍ ‍To the fullest extent permitted by law, 37 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Tool, or from any image, artwork, or content you process, create, save, or distribute using it. Because all processing occurs locally on your device, we have no visibility into and bear no responsibility for the content you generate.

7. Age Requirement

‍ ‍You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to use this Tool.

8. Changes to These Terms

‍ ‍We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Tool after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
